Cancellation policy:  
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of your arrival (until 18:00), no fee will be charged.If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  

Deposits prior to arrival: No deposit is charged 

VAT and municipal charges: 

• VAT  included in the price 
• Service charge included in the price 
• City tax 1€/person/night 

Groups:  

In case of booking more than 5 rooms, other conditions may be set. 

Catering: Breakfast is included in the price. Hotel restaurant is at your disposal. 

Parking for our guests: Free parking in our own secure parking lot.   

Children and extra beds: 

• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. 
• All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. 
• All older children and adults are charged 20 €/person/night in an extra bed.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cots in a room is 1 /(+1) depending on the type of the room. Extra beds and cots are upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.  

Pets: Not allowed.
